An Invoice will be sent to you for your payment.We will prepare the sample after receipt.If you need to pack the sample in pallet, please inform us in advance.If you would like to handle the shipment by yourself, please use your forwarder/courier, ask them to pick the sample up in our factory. Factory address to be provided then.If you would like us to handle the shipment for you, we will check and quote you the shipping freight, and ask for your payment before delivery.

A: Normally it is 5-layer carton. As we know, good packing can help sales. People like to buy something that looks elegant and good tested, so we can pack as your requirement. We will use the best packing material to make sure the goods won’t be damaged during delivery.

A:Yes,we provide drainage pipes coppery installing screw and toilet button for toilets,and overflow ring for basins.Some of them are not included in regular quotation.Please make sure of it with our sales representative.

A: We have Geberit valves, R&T valves, WDI valves, etc. according to customer's request.

A: Yes, we can make the colored toilets, bidet and basins according to customers' requirement.

A: Sanitary ware including toilets, bidets and basins.    Toilet : back to wall / wall hung / one-piece / two-piece.Bidet : back to wall / wall hung.Basin : above / under counter / wall hung.

A: We have warranty for ceramic body for a period of 10 years.We replace product in the next order,with image or video showing the quality problem.
