“the WaterMark Licensee" the right to use or arrange the use of the WATERMARK as shown below only in respect of the goods described and detailed on the product schedule identified on www.saiglobal.com which are produced by WaterMark Licensee or on behalf of the WaerMark Licensee* and which comply with the appropriate Standard referred to above as from time to time amended. The Licence is granted subject to the rules governing the use of the WATERNARK and the Terms and Conditions for certification. The WaterMark Licensee covenants to comply with all the Rules and Terms and Conditions.
